1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Smart Alerts Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Smart Alerts Pro is a mobile application that provides scheduled reminders with deep-linking to other applications on your device. The App is developed and operated by Synvoya ("we," "us," or "our").

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Free Tier

The App offers a free tier with limited functionality (2 reminders, daily scheduling only).

3.2 Paid Subscriptions

The App offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:

• Plus Monthly ($0.49/month): 5 reminders, daily and weekly scheduling
• Pro Monthly ($2.99/month): Unlimited reminders, all scheduling options
• Pro Annual ($29.99/year): Unlimited reminders, all scheduling options

3.3 Billing

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your device's Settings > Account > Subscriptions.

3.4 Free Trials and Promotions

We may offer free trials or promotional pricing from time to time. If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Anonymous Use

The App can be used without creating an account or signing in. Basic functionality and purchases are available to all users.

4.2 Optional Sign-In

You may optionally sign in with Google or Apple to sync your subscription across multiple devices. Sign-in is not required to use the App or make purchases.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or services
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Synvoya and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synvoya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
